At Gold Plating Services, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion pieces. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and include the printed return authorization form to ensure your items are protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team confirms the item is in its original, unworn condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
